Our new favourite read aloud in room 5 is a series of books called Raven Tales. We are learning about creation stories, trickster tales and pourquoi tales. The class is able to identify which type of story is being read. Students are also relating these stories to the Seven Teachings. We look forward to creating our own comic based on these Raven Tales.
